The NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, Latin America / Caribbean will align sales strategy with overall KIT business strategy and will identify, solicit, negotiate, monitor and grow large National Accounts.


Major responsibilities:

1.   Identifies opportunities and potential of current and new national accounts within KIT marketing strategy.

2.   Develops strategies and campaigns and conducts high level sales presentations and sales calls.

3.   Reviews all contracts and negotiates contracts to maximize margin prices and terms on all accounts.

4.   Manages a defined sales territory and works with National Accounts department to implement cases effectively and efficiently.

5.   Targets national accounts for sales opportunities within integrated supply programs.

6.   Updates programs and presentations for soliciting national accounts, keeping KIT in forefront of providing solutions for customer needs.

7.   Makes recommendations to management for new sales initiatives.

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • 8 years of strong sales & management experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field. MBA is preferred.

 

Skills/Abilities Essential to the Position

  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
  • PROVEN negotiation skills
  • POLISHED presentation skills
  • SALES MANAGEMENT ABILITIES
  • ABILITY TO INTERACT AT A HIGH MANAGEMENT LEVEL
  • ABILITY TO HANDLE/MANAGE SEVERAL PROJECTS
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (listening, verbal, written.)
