Inside Sales Professional
Kaman Industrial Technologies, North America’s premier distributor of industrial products and services with a large network of branches and distribution centers, currently has an opening for an Inside Sales Professional in our Lima, OH branch.
This key position is responsible for:- Providing sales and service to external customers.
- Identifying customer needs, providing solutions and recommending new and better products.
- Analyzing price and delivery dates, locating products, creating purchase orders, and providing a high level of service to all customers.
- Growing profitable market share by presenting value-added services & add-ons.
- Processing & expediting orders, customer returns, & vendor returns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Resolving customer problems, investigating issues, and utilizing supervisors for resolution when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:- Self motivated with ability to seek out areas of improvement and offer solutions.
- High school diploma required (Associates degree is preferred).
- 1-2 years in customer service or inside sales.
- A valid driver’s license.
Preference will be given to those candidate who posses: - Industrial Distribution or allied industry experience.
- Office experience & etiquette.
