Inside Sales Professional
Kaman Industrial Technologies is the premier national distributor of industrial products and services through our 200 branch locations. Currently we have an opening for an Inside Sales Professional in our Williamsport, PA office.
This key position is responsible for:
· Providing sales and service to external customers
· Identifying customer needs, provide solutions and recommend new and better products
· Analyze price and delivery dates, locate products, create purchase orders, and assist in providing a high level of service to all customers
· Grow profitable market share by presenting value-added services and add-ons.
· Processes and expedites orders, customer returns and returns to vendors in an accurate and timely manner
· Resolves customers’ problems, investigates issues and refers to supervisor for resolution when necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
· Self motivated with ability to think beyond the current situation seeking out areas of improvement with solutions
· High school diploma desired (Associates degree is preferred)
· 1-2 years in customer service or inside sales
