eBusiness Coordinator

Due to our continuing growth, we are currently seeking experienced Professionals in multiple US locations!  This eBusiness Coordinator position will work in the Windsor, CT headquarters.

Summary:  Responsible for providing assistance and support for the daily Electronic Business activities to all internal users at branch, regional and corporate offices as well as all external trading partners. Generate monthly eBusiness reports and provide additional ad hoc reporting as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the first level of support for problem identification, resolution and escalation of issues.
• Provides daily monitoring of eBusiness production systems. Produces standard reports for eBusiness department.
• Maintains customer website profiles.
• Sets up and maintains communication link with external networks and trading partners.
• Exchanges document specifications with trading partners.  Responds to trading partner inquiries regarding eBusiness transactions and technical problem identification and proper notification.
• Follows up on requests and inquires from internal customers.
• Establishes communication between trading vendors.
• Maintain customer catalogs.
• Handle the disbursement of invoice rejections from Customers to the appropriate Branch
• Ensures appropriate month-to-date and year-to-date reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner to measure effectiveness and compliance with Supplier OnBoarding process.
• Provides a high level of service and support to all internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

Education – BA degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience – 4 years in a customer focused environment in a distribution/technology industry.
