Inside Sales Professionals
KAMAN Industrial Technologies, the largest subsidiary of Kaman Corporation, is a leading distributor of industrial products with over 200 sales and distribution locations throughout North America. Due to our continuing growth, we are currently seeking experienced Inside Sales Professionals in our local branch location!
This key position is responsible for:
- Providing sales and service to external customers.
- Identifying customer needs, providing solutions and recommending new and better products.
- Analyzing price and delivery dates, locating products, creating purchase orders, and providing a high level of service to all customers.
- Growing profitable market share by presenting value-added services & add-ons.
- Processing & expediting orders, customer returns, & vendor returns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Resolving customer problems, investigating issues, and utilizing supervisors for resolution when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Self motivated with ability to seek out areas of improvement and offer solutions.
- High school diploma required (Associates degree is preferred).
- 1-2 years in customer service or inside sales.
Preference will be given to those candidates who possess:
- Industrial Distribution or allied industry experience.
- Office experience & etiquette.
